Throwing knives are like salad.

You can throw a little on your plate with dinner, or you can make an entire meal of it. Although, if you try to eat a throwing knife, you probably won't be having any dessert. And you really can't have a throwing knife with dinner; it's an all-or-nothing kind of thing. Okay, so this analogy really sucks. What I meant to say is that you can use a throwing knife as a supplement to your attacks, or you can carry a slew of them and use them exclusively.

These throwing knives are well balanced, safe, and super-fun to throw. And they may just bail you out of a bind.

The knife is sleek and features a leather wrapped grip for comfort and secure throwing. Don't forget to grab our throwing knife holder so you can actually put it somewhere when you aren't putting it into your opponents. Better yet, grab two more of these and our 3-knife-holder for a truly terrifying look.

Maintenance: We recommend that all latex weapons be treated occasionally with a silicone lubricant, like the one available below. The silicone will keep the coating flexible and make the weapons last much longer. It also allows for more realistic sliding of weapon against weapon.

This item is part of our Epic Armoury line (see below for more info on Epic Armoury).

About Epic Armoury
This item is a part of our Epic Armoury collection. Epic Armoury LARP swords are rugged, comfortable and beautiful. They are made with some of the toughest foam on the market and coated with a dynamic layer of durable latex. The foam used is a closed-cell type of material that don't shred with heavy use like some other foam swords.

Each weapon is cored with a strong and flexible fiberglass rod that allows for excellent transfer of power during swings. The core is swaddled in layers of soft foam to make every blow a safe one.

The tips on each of these beautiful weapons is reinforced with a proprietary Kevlar cap that keep thrusts safe and ensures that the sword's tip will not break.

These swords provide a fantastic experience for any level of LARPist of sparrer, and the price is reasonable for any budget.

The flintlock pistol was the greatest advance in pirating since the wooden leg. The concept was fairly simple: gunpowder was stuffed into the barrel. A lead ball, usually wrapped in some sort of fabric, was stuffed in. A hammer was then pulled back half-way and left that way until the gun was ready to fire. The pistol technically was not meant to fire in this position, although sometimes they were known to go off half-cocked (and yes, that is the origin of that expression). When the gun was ready to be fired, the hammer was pulled back all the way and the trigger was squeezed.
